Lupe was first signed when he was 19 and part of a group called Da Pak. They released one single before splitting up and then lupe signed a solo deal.

He's been nominated for lots of stuff but not won anything yet. We're sure that will change soon though.

Lupe is the founder and vice president of his own record label and also has designed a shoe for Nike.
