A crazy 15 years ago, when Common released his first album Can I Borrow A Dollar in 1992.

In 2003, he won Best R&B song at the Grammy's for Love of My Life (An Ode To Hip Hop) and his current album Finding Forever won CD of the year at this year's BET Hip Hop Awards..

When Not Making Music:

Common likes to do a bit of acting. He's made several cameo appearance in shows such as Scrubs and made his big screen debut in Smokin' Aces Common also appears in Wanted in 2008 with Angelina Jolie..
